Terms

  1. Which channels qualify

We accept channels only with full monetization (1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours).

Long-form videos or Shorts — either works. We accept almost any channel, regardless of its niche, from Roblox to revenge stories.

  2. Application and access

Complete the form, and within 1–2 days I’ll contact you from the Telegram account @VoronStreams (stay alert and beware of scammers). If your channel is a good fit, I’ll give you an email address to grant channel manager access to. We take care of the rest!

  3. Channel trial

We launch a livestream and test the channel. The trial lasts about a week. If the channel gets views, we continue working together.

  4. Revenue and payments

If the channel takes off, we run our livestreams and generate revenue. On the 22nd of the following month you pay us 50% of the livestream earnings.

A Patreon link may occasionally appear in the livestream chat. Revenue from Patreon is not shared.

    It’s that simple!

Now, about the risks

  • Livestream restrictions

Our livestreams feature borderline 18+ content, so they may occasionally receive age restrictions or lose their thumbnails without a violation — this will not affect your channel.

  • Warnings and violations

We work hard to avoid issues, but YouTube’s rules sometimes change, so the channel may receive warnings or violations. We discuss this with you.

  • Demonetization

In rare cases, a sudden change of niche can lead to demonetization for reused content. We help with the appeal, either preparing it ourselves when possible or guiding you through every step. Monetization is restored in 90% of cases.

Demonetization for sexual content can also occur. In that case, the money we have earned is still paid out.

Very rarely, in about 5% of cases, YouTube may cite 2–3 reasons for demonetization. Restoring it then becomes very difficult.

Some channels have kept monetization for a year to a year and a half without interruption; others have lost it after 1–2 months.

We explain all the risks openly so you can make an informed decision.

Our team is committed to doing everything possible to help your channels generate long-term passive income.
